I realize I’ve been “coaching” my whole life.  Much like my Dad, people have always come to me to talk because they feel safe and know they won’t be judged.

In my Reiki practice, Dragonfly Reiki, so many clients wanted to stay after sessions to discuss issues they were working through, that I thoought I should get some type of formal training.  After pursuing a degree in Holistic Ministry from the American Institute of Holistic Theology, I still felt the need for a more well-rounded education.  Coach training fills that need.

I had never been interested in teaching, at all.  After fighting it tooth and nail, a couple of years ago the Universe finally caught up with me and bopped me over the head.  I begrudgingly agreed and now I’m a Reiki Master/Teacher.  And guess what???  I LOVE it!!!  I can’t imagine my life without it!  I feel so blessed every time I am able to pass on this sacred wisdom to my students.

So, that’s about it.  I live in the woods about 40 miles north of Albany with a wonderful man, two beautiful dogs a purfect cat, three ornery geese, a flock of chickens and an ever-increasing garden.

Life is good.
